Q: I am trying to install my software but (a) a -36 error message appears during installation; or (b) I am asked to swap disks about a million and one times. What's wrong?

A: Most likely, the problem is that you are running the installer with extensions on (enabled). To solve the problem, restart with extensions off by holding down the [Shift] key at startup, until a message appears indicating that extensions are off or disabled.

Now try running the installer. It should run fine. If not, please contact us via any method listed below.
