Q: When I try to open a CyberFinder(tm) bookmark, a -43 error message appears. What happened?

A: This message actually means "file not found" and typically indicates there is no helper application present for the selected bookmark type. To fix this, obtain an appropriate helper application and configure the 'Helpers' section of the CyberFinder control panel accordingly.

If the helpers are correctly set in the CyberFinder control panel and you continue to have this problem, rebuild your desktop. Do this by holding down the [Command]+[Option] keys as the computer starts up. Continue holding them down until a dialog box displays the message "Are you sure you want to rebuild the desktop file on the disk "xxxxx"?" Click the 'OK' button to allow the machine to rebuild the desktop.
